Find the right change speed and reap the benefits! 2010/04/07

It is very sad that it takes time to change a behavior. Some people are easier to change their behavior than others, but change always takes time.

In our search for quick profits, we are doing often changes in our organization in a too fast pace, this means that we never get an opportunity to create new routines, feel confused and we do not reach full potential.
By understanding how people manage change and by understanding how our organization works, we can stem our impatience and instead choose a more healthy attitude to change and change speeds.
Then, and only then, will the desired results to occur.

Lowering the speed change does not mean that it will go down to zero and stop, but it’s more about finding the speed of change is right in our organization and our team. There is no formula to calculate the change in velocity, but this is something that, as with so many other things, learn more about over time.
